Marion Angelica

Marion earned her MFA from SUNY-New Paltz in ceramics with a minor in jewelry design.  Her early training in sculpture has led her to emphasizing form and texture in her work.  Her inspiration comes from the weathering and erosion of our earth and the shapes and textures created by this eternal process. She works solely in porcelain and focuses her ideas on creating functional pottery that has sculptural characteristics.
