Carla Brown

Carla Brown is often described as an abstract impressionistic painter. Her intuitive, layered brush strokes focus on the spaces that surround simple objects found in nature. Bright colors and moody marks are her friends. Unique shapes and sizes of acrylic paintings on wood are part of her signature style.

She loves meeting the people who collect her work in galleries, art festivals and in her downtown Menomonie studio.
